Tony G. is the owner of Allied Commercial Real Estate. I worked exclusively with Tony to sell a building in Corona, California. Tony is easy going and knows the commercial property market in the inland empire. Tony was always easy to reach and follows up on everything quickly. I felt comfortable with Tony on our first phone call. He helped to get our building listed quickly and we discussed the correct market price for our property. We got 1 full price offer a few days after listing it and another offer over full price a few days later. We accepted the highest & best offer and used Tony's preferred escrow company and title insurance firm. Our escrow closed in 30 days. Tony did a terrific job on every aspect of the property sale.
When our family made the painful, difficult decision to sell our family farm and adjacent commercial corner lot, we knew it wouldn’t be easy. We had owned the properties and had lived there for nearly 45 years. The market was in a downswing, our two properties had complex zoning issues, and our family had barely emerged from significant medical challenges. Finding the right realtor meant everything to us. Thanks to Tony Guglielmo our medical building actually closed and funded in less than 6 months and he didn't leave any cash on the table (a statement he often uses)!!! Because of Tony's tenacity we received $150k more than all the other agents recommended. In my mind Tony Guglielmo is both a saint and a savior. I'm a realtor in Palm Springs and needed to help a client sell a commercial building in Pomona. Something I know little about. After dealing with a different and non-responsive agent for a year, we found Tony. OMG. Awesome from day one. He secured two offers in less than 30 days and we are closed in just about 60 days. Tony is super communicative, free of any drama (always a good thing) and knows his business cold.
