Brokerage Reviews

A long explanation but it is a MUST READ! This is a company that you cannot trust to watch over and protect your personal belongings and home to show it. They are not concerned in the least to do their job and keep watch and control of those who they have brought into your home. When you welcome them into your home you are trusting them with all that you have! We are selling our home and decided to represent ourselves. We received a text asking for an appointment for an agent to show our home and we approved the appointment. When agents bring people to our home we leave to allow them the ability to talk to their clients in private. We told them about the house and said if you have questions or need anything call us. We have a camera security system and saw the family of 7 had come outside so we figured they were finished and started back, we had been sitting around the corner. Without a phone call, they got in their car and the agent in hers and drove off. Leaving our home unlocked! Fortunately, we happened to be driving up the street when they drove away but the point being she left our home unlocked and vulnerable without so much as a backward glance! This made us wonder if she did this, what else was allowed to take place inside of our home? First let me say we vacuum very well before each showing so it shows exactly where everyone has been. We saw an unusual trail through every room upstairs and down, through the living room on into the master bedroom. We were discussing it when it dawned on my wife what it was, she went to our granddaughter’s room and sure enough the trail ended at their toy cart. The parents, grandparents and agent allowed a child that was too old, to play with the toys in our girls’ room and get on their bed. They let her take the toy down the stairs and through the entire house. To make matters worse the child broke a part of one wheel off the cart and we found the part on the bathroom counter. The agent knew it had been broken and said nothing. Now we decided to look in our closet, we understand people want and need to see the master closet. The agent allowed one of them to enter the closet walk the entire length of the closet into a little cubby under the stairs. This is in the back of the closet where we keep things that we do not want people to know are there. Also, this area is an area you need to bend over to be in. Why? Why would this be allowed? With all this that we can see, what about what we can’t see. We called the agent and agency, no one returned our call. We waited till midday the following day, no call. We called again, got a phone number to one of the partners. Talked to them and you could tell they were not concerned, she didn’t care that someone working for her allowed their clients to have free reign in another person’s home, a home they are to protect. When told they left our home unlocked her words were, “Oh.” She said she would call back. We have not received a call, text or email and as of today it has been 4 days. Obviously, this is a company that will not have your best interests at heart and take seriously their job to protect your home when you allow them to come in. Think twice before letting them into your home!
Absolutely the best realtors around. I've used Lisa for every home I've bought and sold. She is so awesome. She looks out for your best interest at all times. Thank so much for all your help over the years!!!
Place the house on the market, the house was sold the next day. David went out of his way to assist us in the move. Baytowns best realtor by far. He even brought about 75 boxes to us for packing.
Sandy sold my house in very little time. It was a great experience and pain free. She took care of everything. I will do business with her again in the future.
Wonderful family atmosphere! Great place if you are buying or selling your home!
