They did such a great job on the listing with pictures, video and answering my questions, that I ended up electronically signing a lease without physically seeing the apartment first since I was out of town and looking to move due to work. Rented an apartment in 2019, maintenance wasn’t ever done, doors never fixed(said they would be fixed at time of move in and never were after 8 months), we had to clean the apartment at time of move in because it was so nasty!! They kept our deposit and I just got a notification on my credit report that they turned me in to collections for $450!!! Never got a call, email or anything!!! Pete Driver is a snake in the grass. Our hot water heater went out numerous times, was rigged together with horrible wiring by his shady maintenance men and after days of it being out in December, we finally called a repair person and Pete flipped out on us, screaming and yelling because he didn’t want to be charged from that company!!!! Wasn’t going to waste my time with the review until I got that hit on my credit report!!
Liars, terrible up keep on rentals, maintenance crew is a bunch of teenagers under the age of 16. Major bug problems. Kept our deposit because we couldn't live in those conditions anymore. Apartments were being broken into do to cheap locks. Nothing ever got fixed. We cleaned up after we left. Even shampooed the place. Still got charged $300 on top of no deposit back. Posted comments on here and then got sent to collections immediately afterwards.
Pete Driver, Why were we charged for cleaning services when we had to clean behind previous tenants? You run a shady business and your tactics are a disgrace to Century 21! We turned in all keys to the house to your office but are being charged $100 for replacement fee. You won't respond to my emails or calls so I'm leaving this on here. Don't ask me to take down a bad review again, people need to know what to expect when dealing with you. I'll be adding the photos of rotting food in the dishwasher and repair issues that kept us from using the bathroom for the first 3 months of the lease. Where was that $450 worth of cleaning you charged us when we moved in? Or did you charge the previous tenant the same thing and just not do the job?
