Brokerage Reviews

Patrick Graham was our realtor for purchasing a $1.5M home for our primary residence. He was very absent from the process. He never gave us a heads up for due dates and would only tell us when we were past deadlines. He didn’t seem interested in trying to negotiate anything. He didn’t try to help us navigate the process. Didn’t seem motivated at all. Most importantly, we found out that we were paying a higher amount for taxes. We called the Honolulu Property tax office, and told them our house is our primary residence why are we being taxed at a high rate? We were told our real estate agent should have helped us file the form. So we ended up paying more in taxes because Patrick didn’t inform us. I felt he did less than the bare minimum and got paid a good amount when I felt pretty alone in the whole process.
