The only realtor/broker available through USAA movers advantage. They know it and take advantage of it. It is obvious that they have no desire to help, refused to explain the offer contract instead, just pushed to sign it. When asked questions about the offer, I was told that it didn't matter or that "you need to do the research," if I have to do all the research then why have a realtor? When I asked for a walk through of the offer line by line so i can understand what I am signing and because we are first time buyers, I was told that it wouldn't do any good, it's too confusing to explain and reluctantly set an appointment. I even called other realtors around the area and was told it is customary for a realtor to explain the contract, ALWAYS. We flat out turned down a $900 rebate through my loan company so that I wouldn't have to deal with the incompetence and rudeness of this establishment. This was the second and last bad experience I have had with them. Never again, maybe if you aren't military/ex military or USAA they're better, but if you are or you are a first time buyer definitely STEER CLEAR! Please!
The reviews that are posted here are so far from the experience that I have seen with the agents at Coldwell Banker. I recently became an Realtor here, and I can say unequivocally that we do happily show homes on the weekend and will do all we can to make your selling or buying experience the best we possibly can!
Not open on the weekends? Guess they don't really want to sell houses. First realtor I've seen that doesn't show houses on the weekend. This isn't my first rodeo....Avoid these people at all costs!
