For the price it’s decent. My only issues are there is no insulation in this unit. I can literally hear everything going on upstairs because my upstairs neighbors are ridiculously loud. I do 911 Dispatching and I need it to be quiet. I tried to report it but was told I need to ask them to be quiet. I’m not ever going to approach a stranger in today’s world. That’s not safe. Also the neighbors seem to not speak English. Maintenance issues take a while to get resolved but other than those things I would recommend this company, just not this unit. I would give them another try if I could get into a different unit but was told I had to wait until my lease is up before I could move to another unit. Definitely won’t be resigning for this unit though.
Sarah was my buyer’s agent and she was a pleasure to work with. She was always helpful, responsive, and provided great advice every step of the way. I have no complaints and am very happy with my new home!
If I could give zero stars I would. I signed a lease to move in Feb 22. I did not have the opportunity to tour the house personally and could not get a video tour. The only basis I had was the pictures listed on the company website. When I arrived on the first day of my lease, the house was dirty on every surface. I was assured the house had been cleaned. It was not. I moved nothing in that day so I left with a return date of march 12. I spoke with the owner of the company and the property manager. Both assured me the house would be clean upon my return. When I arrived on March 12, the floors were even dirtier with red clay tracked in every room. Food, dirt and I don’t know what was on every wall in the house. To present a house in this condition as move in ready is disgusting and unacceptable. I was told again that the cleaners were contacted (again). The only thing the one star represents is them letting me out of the lease and returning all funds. The house is back up for rent using the same inaccurate photos.
So now that I’m out the property I would not recommend this rental company maybe if they had a different property manager then yes it would be better.. they are so much for military but do so little every time you call and ask for information from Ronnica she tends to get passive aggressive when all you need is clarity and understanding also what’s the deal with leaving the lights on 5 days after you move out When I redirect myself back to my lease it states it has to be on so if workers need to go in and out the house to do work so I’m supposed to pay for light because the workers need to use it ? Absolutely not!!! that’s bananas during the move out process water splash the wall which I miss during the move of process they say it would be $115 to repaint the walls when you can simple wipe the water mark off the wall these people are money hungry also if your lease ends in the middle of the month it’s not prorated You are still responsible for the whole month I would ever recommend this rental company to any one unless it’s different staff
