I seriously cannot recommend Nadine Johnson of Kettley Realtors enough. She was so helpful! Her patience, guidance, and overall effort during the 5 month process (I purchased my first home during the height of the 2022 rush) was and is greatly appreciated. She was thorough, answered all my questions, listened to me and my wishes to a T, and was overall extremely friendly and professional. I plan to use Kettley again in the future as a result of my experience with her.
My family and I had the pleasure of working with Carrillo Team. To be specific our contact was Jessica, she was transparent, quick to respond, and very professional. During the beginning of the Pandemic (covid-19) the Carrillo team was more then willing to work with me and help me as much as needed. Great experience and highly recommend the Carrillo team!
NEVER ever hire Maria Hronopoulus neither her son Dean as your seller agents. For many reasons, one of those is that they won't represent YOU, all they want is making money out of yourself. In our case we sold our house with her and her son Dean but they did a poor job. All the time we felt pushed by her to lower the price on our property because she said it won't worth it (they didn't make justice to al the upgrades we had made to our loved house) so we as first time sellers did believe them and ended up signing a contract on our house for so much less that the asking price just to find out that the appraisal was higher. We ended up being homelesses with 4 kids in the middle of a pandemic and LOSING money on our property thanks to their careless way to do bussiness. Hey Maria, customers don't want an "experienced" agent (as you sell yourself) people want a CARING and PATIENT agent.
Brenda Cantaley is an awesome agent! She went beyond what I expected as a agent! If you need an agent and you can work with her it's a privilege!
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS AGENCY. Especially working with William Neuman. Myself and my two roommates were trying to rent from one of their clients and were told that if our credit came back over 600 we would get it. Well it did but because another person applied despite telling us we would get it, they told us we had to get a cosigner now. We explained that that's not feasible for us to do in a day and we were ready to go our separate ways even though we were guaranteed and felt cheated we were going to move on. they then contacted our agent saying if the other applicant fell through we would get it. I'm assuming they did fall through because they contacted again saying if we moved in on the first we would get it. they then contacted us AGAIN saying if we move in on the 8th we got it no cosigner necessary. At this point I am deeply tired of having my chain yanked and being lied to but fine we love the house we'll do it. Spent money renting a truck, packing, getting necessary items for moving in, took time off work, the whole shebang. HERE IS THE KICKER! this entire time it's been between the two agents, ours and the owners. This guy contacts us for the first time yesterday telling us we can't get the place unless we bring double the security deposit and cosigners by the 7th because he didn't like our agent and because we never spoke to him. This man not only has all of our contact information but we each stated in our applications to PLEASE CONTACT US if there are any questions. because of his poor communication skills because of his lack of attempts to contact us, sense we certainly did not have his contacts, because of his own personal issues not only did he put his client out by making them have to find new renters but he put us deeply out. We made an agreement to be in on the 8th I am now out over 1k preparing to move in to this place on a short notice because we were trying to work with him. How this man thinks anyone can come up with 2,000 dollars in two days is beyond me but we certainly can't do that. He even recommended borrowing from family members and friends as if I'm going to go beg people for money. It's a sick joke. I am deeply disgusted by not only his behavior throughout this entire thing constantly changing the goal post and telling us we do and don't have it. but I am disgusted by his behavior on the phone, telling me he recommended against us because of our age (23, 21, and 20) despite our good credit, his lies, and his unprofessionalism. The entire conversation he said "it's my rules I make the rules I tell you what to do I tell you how to do it I make the decisions". We are so deeply disappointed I love that house it was a dream house just exactly what I always wanted. I am so just absolutely flabbergasted not only by this treatment in the phone conversation but by the entire situation. How a company or an agent can be so unprofessional and change what he says every five minutes is beyond me but I know I will never work with anyone from this company again. What a deeply hurtful disappointment.
