Brokerage Reviews

I've rented a house from them for almost a year and whenever I call, everyone at the office is very kind. I had a problem with a water leak in the house and they put in the work order that second, plumbers came out within 24hrs and fixed the problem very quickly. Another plumber came out and sealed the tub the next day. Drywall people should be out very soon to patch things up. I'm extremely happy that, having to take off of work when service people come, that repairs are done quickly and I can get back to work.
The house was ok. It kept getting clogged in the backyard at least 2x a month, but the owner did always come out and fix it. The house wasn't in the best condition when we got it and we took note of that on the check list. Bottom line don't rent from them or anywhere in lawton for that matter, because even if you do clean the house they will still charge you a $150 cleaning fee. They also tell you don't paint the walls when you move out just to charge you $250 anyway when you DO move out. I rented thru 2 companies while there, if you can, jus don't rent in lawton, let alone alone move there. Buy your home instead to bypass unnecessary move out fees. SO glad Im out of Oklahoma and now in my forever home. I never have to look back. :)
We lived there for a year. The house we moved had been vandalized before we moved in and the front and back door locks had been damaged. The lady in the office assures us that they would fix them and never did. Then once our lease was up and we moved out, they came up with this super long list of things that we needed to go back and clean. They wanted us to replace things that weren't even there when we moved in. But we did them and a month and s half later, they're still making excuses on why they can't give us our deposit back. Two weeks ago it was because the lady who handles the deposits wasn't in that week. We called yesterday and they said that they had to get the water turned on so they could check something and that it would be coming output our deposit. They just want to keep your money.
In order for them to consider your application you have to pay the deposit up front. We filled out an application and gave them a $1000.00 deposit. We where denied, and have been waiting 5 days for our deposit back. Every time we call in to see if our check is ready for pick up "it'll be ready later this afternoon" and they will give me a call. It's absolutely ridiculous to have to wait around for our own money.
The lady in the front is friendly ..but if you don't have a 600 credit or above don't bother paying the application fee ...you will not be approved
