If you are looking for someone professional, honest, that makes your real estate venture as easy as possible look no further than Steve McKenna and his Home Advantage Team! We had seen Steve's name around the Arlington area and read the reviews online but they failed to cover the level of care and expertise we received. We started with a market analysis from two different agents. We were given ideas and suggestions but felt a greater level of confidence with Steve's proposal. We began with prepping the house with getting it ready it for sale. Steve made suggestions that were helpful in preparation for our home that would optimize the sale of our property. We did the things inside and outside our home. He had a professional team come in and make sure that everything looked immaculate for the open house. The open house was set for a weekend and a few days later several solid offers within came in...in less than a week. ALL of the offers were above our initial asking price and were clean solid offers with preapproved financing. These offers came in I while I was out of town but my husband was still at home in Arlington. Steve presented the offers over a Zoom and kept me in the loop and made sure we had all the factors to consider and could make an informed choice. We did and we the process was far more simple then any other transaction I'd experienced. We were so grateful for the ease of process and the professionalism of the team. In conclusion, once the sale was over the relationship was NOT. We were invited to a customer appreciation day at Kimball Farms and we brought our Grandchildren and had an amazing day. When we moved to our new home out of state, Steve's team sent us a welcome to our new home gift. The team was responsive, professional, kind and when we had questions or concerns we received a return call or message almost immediately and never waited longer than a couple of hours.
