We had an excellent experience working with Steve Boylan at Sunbelt! The process was fully explained during our initial meetings. We were able to work at our pace. There was no pressure to list with Sunbelt. They did a complete evaluation and gave us three possible listing prices. We went with the one that most comfortable for us. We had three meetings with potential buyers in the first week. We had an LOI within days after meeting with the third party. The sale was completed 10 weeks later. It was the best experience! Steve was great to work with. He made every step easy. If I had another business to list, I would definitely do it with Sunbelt and Steve again!
Would not recommend! Sent Ken info as requested, but never heard back. Was given the excuse that he left me several messages along with voicemail, but this is not the case. I finally spoke to him, but got some cocky reply that his minimum commission is $20k and our company is not worth that. We averaged over $1 Million in revenue over the last 5 years.
