Dustin Mortimer went above and beyond to help my client find a business office in an already constricted market. We hired Dustin and TOK to attempt to lease our commercial property, also gave him the option of a possible sale. Over the last 9 months I have worked with Dustin on putting leases in place for all of my existing tenants and in filling my office spaces. For many years my most tenants and I haven't had a lease agreement in place. I also hadn't raised the rents for a number of years. I'd always wanted to do this but hadn't taken the time. Dustin used his knowledge of what was a fair market value for my offices, and went to work meeting all of the tenants, discussing with them what I should be getting and set up a schedule for rental increases over time. He was well received by most of the tenants and negotiated a payment increases over time for those that were below market value. I now have a lease in place for all of the tenants. At the end of the year I had a couple of tenants leave our building. One retired and one outgrew all of my available space. This left a number of vacant spaces. Dustin worked hard and has managed to fill all of these spaces. We now have a 100% occupancy! Thank you Dustin for you excellent work.
