Included with rent: maintenance, garbage removal, and 60 amp electricity – included in the maintenance is daily property clean up and snow removal.

NYC MOBILE FOOD TRUCK permit is included and tied to lease.

Revenue only reflects 11 months last year (we closed for 1 month vacation) and we also closed for major holidays and 2 weeks in December. Current Hours of operation are 6am-3pm. Breakfast and lunch Mon-Fri.

Potential to generate greater income if new buyer stays open evenings, over-night and on weekends and doesn’t close for a month to go on vacation.

Catering is also available and they turn down events constantly but  just doesn’t have the manpower or time.
